Google automatically turns on Web History for anyone with a Google Account. This means that if your Web History is on, Google stores on their servers anything you search for in Google, what appeared in the search and any website pages you visit. This can be incredibly invasive, but fortunately you can remove your web history and “pause” Web History storing by following the 3 easy steps below.
- Go to www.google.com/history and log in to your account.
- On the top center, click “Remove all Web History.”
- Press “OK.” This will also pause your web history.
